  27.      Chaos is a program that manages single-player chess-tournaments.
  28.      It offers different pairing modes: Swiss pairing (Less rounds
  29.      than players) and Round Robin (same number of rounds than
  30.      players), either FIDE system or Shift system.
  31.      It's interface is written with MUI, see NEW FEATURES below.

  33.      Available output (to printer, screen or file):
  34.         - List of players (short or long)
  35.         - Results
  36.         - Table (all players or special groups, juniors for example)
  37.         - Table of progress aor Cross Tables (all games of all rounds)
  38.         - Internal ratings and German DWZ (close to USCF-rating or ELO)

  40.      Localizing (default language is english)

  42.      Limitations:
  43.         - Number of players limited by RAM (2 KBytes and additional 100 Bytes
  44.           Stack per player suggested)

  46.      Enhanced possibilities:
  47.         - Setting games (Swiss pairing only)
  48.         - ARexx port
  49.         - User configurable menu (allows to execute ARexx scripts from
  50.           the menu)

  55.      Swiss pairing algorithm completely rewritten, fixes some problems
  56.      with the old algorithm.

  58.      Fixed some problems with the new menu handling of MUI 2 and later.

  60.      Added the possibility to determine the number of points one gets
  61.      for win and draw. (Example: 3 points for a win, 1 point for a draw)
